Biopharmaceutical company, Amgen, approached us with an exciting brief to create an emotive film to build awareness around identifying the signs of a heart attack, specifically around associated cholesterol levels.
In order to create an immersive film, putting viewers at the centre of someone experiencing a heart attack, the film was shot point of view (POV), so the viewer feels as if they are the patient, experiencing the symptoms. We employed a stunt actress to play the part of the patient, ensuring that the physical reactions to the signs of a heart attack were as accurate as possible. The unique POV perspective was achieved by the stunt actress wearing a GoPro camera mounted to a helmet.
We were delighted to be working with Amgen again, especially on such an creative brief. The film plays an important role in the awareness campaign, also being used by charity, Heart UK.
