As with any re-brand, maintaining customer confidence is the ultimate objective. In order to explain the TUI brand migration to customers, while reassuring them that they could still expect the same high-level service, we created a montage animation in the style of a holiday scrap book by using cut-outs from the well-known TUI brochures. The idea was that it felt familiar to them – outlining the key changes, while reminding them of happy holiday memories.
